How long does production and delivery take?

The figure design takes up to 3 days, production up to 3 days, and international shipping approximately 12 days. The total time from order to delivery is up to 18 days

Can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation and receive a refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible

What type of photo should I upload?

We recommend uploading high-quality photos with good lighting, where faces and details are clearly visible

Can I see the design before ordering?

We do not provide a preview of the design without placing and paying for an order. However, we offer an additional service that allows you to approve the design and request unlimited changes before production

How easy is it to assemble the figure?

Very easy! The instructions are intuitive and suitable for both children (7+) and adults

What if my uploaded photo has a different number of people?

  • If you selected a single figure but uploaded a photo with two people, we will contact you for clarification.
  • If you selected a family figure (e.g., 3 people) but the photo contains 4 people, your order cannot be processed without modifications. We will reach out to resolve the issue.

Can I request special details that aren’t in the photo?

Yes! If you have special requests (such as unique outfits, accessories, or specific details), contact us—we can create almost anything!

Will the paint fade or wear off over time?

No, our figures are made from high-quality materials that are resistant to fading and wear.
